Devin and Stephanie shared a beautiful spring day in their little hometown, Iola, WI. I started the morning off at their historic family church where I worked on the beautifully chosen details for their special day, while the girls finished up at the salon and the guys played a round of golf! It was a beautiful day- the skies were big and blue, birds were singing from the newly sprouting trees, with a welcoming warm breeze embracing us outside!
The guys arrived just as I was wrapping up the details; Devin finished his final touches and we headed outside for some portraits. (Is it just me, or does anyone else see a young Leonardo DiCaprio in him..?) Anyways, the guys had some fun (and were quite dapper) before I went in and it was time for Stephanie to slip into her gown! The girls then headed out for some giggles and laughs before their ceremony.
Their church quickly filled with family and friends as guests eagerly waited for the ceremony to begin. Stephanie and Devin saved their first look for the aisle, and let me tell you- she was a stunning, beautiful bride with the most contagious smile as she walked to her groom! They shared an inviting and loving ceremony surrounded by their nearest and dearest, sealed it with a kiss and we were off for some fun portraits!
Since Stephanie and Devin grew up in Iola, they knew just where they wanted to stop for their bridal photos; Iola’s own Millstone one Lake Iola. We had a little fun with the bridal party, then took some time for Stephanie and Devin to have to themselves for a sweet bridal session.
Soon after they loaded the party bus and it was time to get to the reception! After I captured their details and guests found their seats, we enjoyed a lovely dinner and many great laughs!
