Kirsten & Kyle | Lovely Greenhouse Wedding At Village Gardens in Plover, WI

I’m so excited to get Kirsten and Kyle’s blog post so I can shout about their beautiful wedding day! It was a little damp (okay, very damp) but they made the best of it and shared such a perfect day, despite the heavy skies. I started off with the details while the ladies finished up at the salon. Soon the ladies arrived with the guys right behind them! Kirsten slipped into her gown before sharing a first look with Kyle.

So, we were a little up in the air as far as where to do the first look, but the rain let up so Kirsten and Kyle decided to go for it! Just as Kirsten was walking out, the skies opened again! We quickly ran umbrellas out, while not skipping a beat and they went for it! Honestly, one on my favorite photos from their day is the black and white that was captured just after Kirsten turned Kyle around. After some sweet moments alone together they shared a short bridal session outside before heading in to dry off a bit before their ceremony. I absolutely adore that they went for it. We were all soaked afterward, but it made for some very memorable moments!

Unfortunately, due to the very wet weather, their ceremony needed to be moved indoors, but how beautiful is it?! I actually loved that this was uniquely their ceremony, and although there weren’t the biggest fans around for moving the ceremony indoors last minute- I have to take a moment here to applaud Village Gardens and the lovely job they did! They completely transformed their space into a beautiful spot for a ceremony, and afterward I know everyone knew it was special and perfect in the greenhouse! Guests eagerly took their seats while some found perfect places to stand with great vantage points, and soon after the bridal party made their way down. Before Kirsten was escorted by her dad, Alena the flower girl (their baby puppers!) made her way to her dad- how stinkin’ cute is that?! I have to take a moment here and talk about this fabolous ball of love and fur! She is seriously the sweetest and most loyal pup, and was totally sharing the spotlight with her mom and dad all day. Kyle and Kirsten shared their vows and made their promises surrounded by their nearest and dearest before sealing the deal with a kiss! We grabbed a few family photos before heading to the party!!!

Kyle and Kirsten have some pretty cool friends; friends so cool they just recently opened a microbrewery, Backcounrty Brewing whom hosted their stellar reception! I loved the setup they had, the very industrial feeling with large upen garage doors allowing for plenty of daylight and fresh air in. They shared a lovely dinner over lots of laughs, a delicious cake and champagne toast, and then some fantastic dance moves with the live band, Spicy Tie Band- they are an amazing local favorite! Congrats again Kyle & Kirsten, here are a few favorites from your day! A very special thanks to Laura Schmitt for her amazing photo assistance and to these vendors that helped make your day special:
