I’m so very excited to finally share Micaela and Marshall’s wedding day! These two went through quite a bit last year with Covid. With a May 2020 wedding originally planned and strong stay-at-home orders in place, they sadly had to cancel their wedding and move it to the following year.
But, everything happens for a reason and Micaela must’ve talked to Mother Nature and arranged the perfect weather with lilacs in full bloom for their 2021 wedding day! (Not something that would’ve happened for them in 2020!)
With their details carefully selected and preserved for an additional year, the bridal party gathered at their church and eagerly got ready for the day! Micaela slipped into her beautiful gown fit for a Queen, and Marshall casually enjoyed some downtime with the guys before wrapping up his final touches.
We did a little photo outside before their ceremony before guests arrived for a warm and inviting ceremony. They were surrounded by their nearest and dearest where they renewed their vows and sealed it with a kiss! We then headed back outside for some bridal portraits and Micaela knew exactly where she wanted to have them done- with the lilac bushes right at the church! We had lots of fun right there before heading to the party!
Guests enjoyed a lovely dinner where many smiles were shared at the Central WI Convention Center. I have to give a very special shout-out here to Sara Baillies for her amazing talent! With me being only 4 weeks postpartum, she covered the entire reception for me and did a stellar job!
Congrats again to Micaela and Marshall, and thank you for trusting me to document your big day! A special thanks to these vendors that helped make their day special:
