Oh my goodness! I cannot say it enough; I love it when clients take me to new places I can explore!!! I feel my creativity at times just bursts out of me as my wanderlust filled heart skips a beat while we travel and hike around on a new adventure! Julie and Todd share a super sweet and playful love! We started off at The Cardinal, a quirky sports bar where they would often meet at when they first started dating. We kept things rather candid and casual there while they shared a drink before we headed to the beautiful Minnehaha Park. Oh how my heart over-floweth with the possibilities! I mean, I could have shot there forever! The light could not have been more delicious, the location was on point, and THESE TWO! They were SO easy to work with and played along with my ridiculous requests. I think my favorite part of the session (where I probably laughed the most) was in the flower garden when Todd picked Julie up for a piggy-back ride. Oh the laughs!!!! After a quick outfit change we finished off with the grand Minnehaha Falls; I had no idea Minneapolis had such a large waterfall near the heart of the city! Julie and Todd shared such a fun and dynamic engagement session and tie the knot in just a little over a month; I’m SO excited for their wedding! A very special thanks to my girl Bridget for riding up to MN with me and assisting on their session, and of course to Rachel from The Cardinal for allowing us come have a drink and take some photos!
