One of my favorite events to capture for my local shelter is their annual Walk for Wags! It’s probably because I really feel the sense of community here, it’s summer (the best time of the year), and I get to love on all of the fur babies!!! This years the event had an amazing turn-out and offered multiple vendors for your pets and human needs, lots of tasty treats, generous raffle baskets, pet art, a pet costume contest, games and face painting for the kiddos, and of course, the walk which was kicked off by NewsChannel 7 anchor, Jeff Thelen. It was a wonderful event, here are some of my favorites!
